I tried my hand at making some of my own favorite books. "Memoirs of a Geisha" and "The Time Traveler's Wife" in mini! It was really easy. I just found the book jackets, resized them, printed, cut, pasted onto a piece of poster board.
This bed was on sale at the dollhouse store for $14 so I bought it. I made the bedding myself today. Since I don't sew, everything is stuck together with this fabric tape that you iron together and it seams it for you. Pretty crafty eh?
I added some wall art and other knick knacks to Roo's Room and therefore had to photograph it again. His little backpack is so cute!
I just need to find a "Roo" doll now! Too bad I can't find any Asian dollhouse dolls... racists. ;)
Hi I'm From the Netherlands, so I'm not entirely sure this works for you, but we have a miniaturist here that can make you a dollhouse doll out of a picture.. the dolls are expensive but the are one of a kind here the site:
